Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of booking, subject to a small processing fee to account for gold price movements. After 2 hours, the order is final. Modifications (like changing delivery address) can be requested by contacting our support team before dispatch.

For amounts above ₹2 lakhs, payment must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other digital modes. This isn’t our rule — it’s Indian law under Section 269ST of the Income Tax Act, and we follow it strictly.
