All transactions are processed securely through payment gateways with SSL encryption.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is confirmed and dispatched.

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Gold and silver prices are subject to live market rates at the time of order confirmation. The final invoice amount will reflect the rate at the time of payment completion.

All orders are fully insured and dispatched with a tracking number via our trusted logistics partners.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer delivery across India. Delivery within Delhi NCR is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.

Returns or exchanges may be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice and packaging.

Items must be in their original, unused condition. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team at
support@instantbullion.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Making charges and GST are non-refundable on returned items where applicable.

We collect only the information necessary to process your orders — including your name, contact details, and shipping address.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except as required for order fulfilment (e.g., courier partners).

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
